(expected
launch in 2011) Due
to member demand, we are creating an investment pool that
allows for a minimum contribution on a monthly basis (similar
to employee / employer RRSP contributions but with
much higher returns). To meet the demand, we are
currently working with our investment team and our lawyers
to structure an opportunity for participation from all
income levels and design a platform were this can be done safely,
securely and transparent.

Affordable:
|
While not confirmed yet, the
monthly contributions will be based on your ability to
contribute and not directly in relation to your income.
Monthly contribution minimums may be as low as $50 per
month.

Flexible:
|
WIN Fund contributions are
not based on your income, you can contribute as much as
you like or as little as you like. You may also want to
increase your contributions when possible, and equally
important, the
Fund may be flexible enough to even decrease your
contributions when necessary. There is also a
"topping up" of investment dollars that will
be allowable to take advantage of certain opportunities
and increase your return.

Great Returns:
|
The majority of investments
are to be Real Estate based assets. The goal of the WIN
fund is to produce a consistent return far better than
that of a typical RRSP. The estimated projected returns of 8 - 14%
will provide you with a steady stable returns.

Profit Sharing:
|
Depending on the type on
investment, you could share a profit over and above any
cash flow as mentioned above. At times such as
refinancing, sale of appreciated assets or sale of value
added opportunities there is a good sized profit to
share with you. You the investor will get your share
first in any profit sharing Investment.

Access to your Money:
|
It's easy to understand that
the longer your money stays in the fund the better off
your investment will be in the future, however,
sometimes life happens and you may need access to your
capital. We will be incorporating a way for you to
access your funds on a short term basis rather than mandatory
holds 5 to 10 years as you have probably seen in other
investments.
